Scheduling a case with us:
Our services are scheduled on a first come, first scheduled basis. A deposit against projected fees must be paid three weeks prior to the hearing. If you must cancel or reschedule, this must be done two weeks prior to the date of mediation or the day of arbitration. If canceled after two weeks prior, the deposited fees will be nonrefundable unless we are able to fill the date with another matter.
Fees:
Our general fee structure is as follows, however in some more complex cases, additional fees might apply.
Early Settlement: $350/hr., 2 hr. minimum.
Mediation: $330/hr. with a 6 hour minimum which includes 2 hours of preparation time. Fees are divided among parties.
Arbitration: $350/hr. with a 2 hour minimum which includes a $350 non refundable administrative fee. Fees are divided among parties. There will be a surcharge for decision time. All fees are due prior to receipt of decision.
